Make It Monday #58- Graduated Backgrounds
Today i'm back with another card that I made for this weeks Papertrey Ink Make It Monday ( I know two in one week...WOW) challenge. I have so many copics that don't get enough use and this is a perfect challenge to give them some love! For this card I got a chance to play with my new Wrought Iron and Little Bitty Birds sets, plus a few little pieces from other sets. My little finials on my fence came from the $5.00 Mehndi Medallion set. I don't know how well this will show up on screen, but I used Aleene's Paper Glaze on my water in the bird bath...I love how real it looks! I wish I had masked off the birdbath, but I was way too far into this card before I thought about it... oh well, next time.
After posting this I decided to add a little birdie to my sign, so I thought i'd share!
Thanks for stopping by today!!

ReplyDeleteSaw this on the forum, and had to come over. This is absolutely darling. I can't wait for my stuff to be delivered. So happy I ordered all these sets. That little Mehndi bit looks perfect as the finial.
ReplyDeletePrecious! I love the way this technique allows the mood to change according to the colors used. This is such a happy, Springy, card! Great job. :)
