Christmas Mason Jars

I've been busy!!

These little snow globes are just too cute to keep all to myself, so I decided to make jars to fill with holiday goodies and share them!

I had so much fun creating these little winter scenes, I just couldn't stop! The dies are all from Papertrey Ink.
I am in love with all of the glitter houses on pinterest, and these remind me of little micro versions!

The little sleigh and reindeer are a Silhouette file that I shrunk to inside the globe.

This process was very time consuming, a lot of little details X 10!!

In the picture below, you can see that I attached my sleigh and reindeer on thin strips of clear card stock. I also did that with glittered snowflakes in some of the lids.
I'm thinking of filling some of  these jars with praline crackers and some with puppy chow! Yum!!

Thanks for stopping by!!!

  5. Absolutely stunning--all of them. I have not yet made a single snow globe with my set yet. You have inspired me to get cracking! The sleigh and reindeer is brilliant, you are very patient that must have been a ton of work! I am curious what die you used for your tags? Congrats of a job well done!

    1. Thank you! You are going to love making these little globes! I used the Half and Half die for my tags, cut it once, then flipped the paper and cut again.

  10. Love the dry snow globes. Very precious. My injury is on the jars. I see that you painted them. Did you heat emboss the tiny snowflakes?
